Austin's first pinewood Derby. The car was fairly primitive, but not for lack of effort --more so lack of tools--but they gave it a glossy, festive paint job in honor of Boy Scouts :-)
Austin & Ethan had to be at a baseball game at the same time the derby was going on, so they raced each other first and soon headed off. Poor Austin, Ethan's car creamed his because Austin's was not heavy enough, but it did make him feel better to know that Ethan's car won first place over everyone's! Nice job Ethan (or should I say Colby ;-).

Okay, this has nothing to do with the Pinewood Derby, but I had to document Simone's new obsession with things on her arm ... purses, bracelets (they need to be too big, not her cute little baby ones) and Daddy's watch are her favorites). She'll walk all over the house with them :-)
